Our journey at W&T Build began over 18 years ago, founded on the strong partnership of Tomas Kupco and Wojciech Wieczorek. Starting with the basics of plasterboard fixing, they quickly honed their skills and progressed to supervising large commercial projects. While this work was valuable, they soon realized their passion lay in a more personal approach to construction. They wanted to connect directly with clients and see their visions come to life.

Over 10 years ago, Tomas and Wojciech pivoted to residential projects, a decision that allowed them to be more intimately involved with their work. This shift enabled a hands-on approach where they could ensure every detail met their high standards and aligned with the client's vision. Unlike the impersonal nature of commercial work, this new path was about building relationships.
